Itinerary -16: Bird watching tour(Assam) 4 day /3 days.

Day 01. Arived at Jorhat airport. Transfer to Sibsagar. Sibsagar is situated close to the site of Charaiadeo the ancient capital of the Ahom King (1229 AD) who rule Assam for six centuries. Their rule was consolidated by their domineering presence in the Assam Valley and their stiff resistance to the Mughal incursion. In time their weekened position gave the British the advantage to wrest their kingdom in 1826. Also the focal point of the Shivrati Puja. There are oldest temple have lying as keep name of place is Sibsagar. O/n hotel

Day 02. Sibsagar-Dibru saikhowa National Park. The Dibru-Saikhowa National Park lies in Dibrugarh and Tinsukia District. It is 23km from Tinsukia town. The park covers an area of about 340sq-kms. Of the seven parts of the park one part is a wetland and the rest of the part is mainly covered with grasslands and dense forests. The main attractions of Dibru-Saikhowa National Park are the Semi-wild horses (Feral) and the white-winged Wood Duck. Other animals are Leopard, Clouded Leopard, Elephant, Sambhar, Slow Loris, Asiatic Buffalos, Capped Langur, Gangetic Dolphin, Indian Wild Dog, etc. More than 250 varieties of local and migratory birds are also found here. One of the few places where the Feral Horses are still found. Overnight at Dibru-Saikowa lodge/hotel

Day 03. Dibru Saikhowa Park – Dibrugarh. This day early morning we will go to park for Bird watch by local made boat 2 – 3hrs in water journey. Return to hotel for break fast and check out hotel room and drive to Dibrugarh. Evening visit tea plantation. O/n stay Hotel

Day 04. Dibrugarh – Dibrugarh airport. After breakfast transfer to airport for flight. (You can extend for more destination tour continue)

1. Please send your document i.e. Xerox copy of passport & visa to be obtain permit processes for Arunachal Pradesh. Document should be reached 4 week in advance.

2. This traveling circuit is do not have a star hotel. But there is basic standard accommodation only. Circuit house/Tourist Lodge which is run by Government / Small private party. Also this trip will have traveling in very remote and tribal village, facilities are poor service like a telephone, electricity, money changer, road maintained, and you must treat as Nature adventurous trip
