Itinerary - 01: Nature friend tour for 12 days / 11 nights
Day. 01: You are arrived Dibrugarh airport from Delhi / Kolkota Pick up and transfer to pre book hotel. O/n stay Hotel
Day. 02: Dibrugarh-Namdhapa park(220km/5hrs drive). This morning we will drive to Namdhapa National Park. This National Park and Tiger Reserve at the eastern tip of India is probably the last true wilderness you will find anywhere in the world. Thick, impenetrable tropical rain forest growth forms the core of this natural paradise. Declared a Tiger Reserve in 1983, the majestic gaur, mithun, elephant, Himalayan black bear, takin- the wild goat peculiar to the Patkoi range, musk deer, slow Loris, binturong and the red panda are all found here. The predators include the tiger, leopard, the rare snow leopard and clouded leopard in the higher reaches of the hills. A number of primate species are to be seen in the Park, such as the Assamese macaque, pig-tailed macaque, stump-tailed macaque and the distinctive hoolock gibbon. Hornbills, jungle fowl and pheasants flap their noisy way through the jungle, which harbors other colorful bird species. The inaccessibility of the greater part of the Park has helped to keep the forests in their pristine state. O/n stay Tourist lodge/Guest house/Tent at Miao.
Day. 03: Miao-Deban(30km/1 & half hrs drive). After breakfast we drive to Deban. It place is under National Park. Check in Forest Lodge/IB/Tent for night stay accommodation. Evening free we can trek and bird watching activity.
Day. 04: Full day inside the park. O/n stay same lodge.
Day. 05: Deban-Tinsukia(Assam) 345km/6hrs drive. This day we will drive to Tinsukia after early breakfast, enroute visit largest carpet product in Asian. Carpet hand made by Tibetan who do settlement at Miao its place known as Refugee camp. Their people are settle since NEFA state. One more visit we can have a enroute visit Tangsa and Singhpo Tribal village at Kharsangsa. O/n stay hotel.
Day. 06: Full day visit one more National Park(Dibru-Saikhowa national Park). This park is one of the biodiversity hot spot situated on the south bank of the river Brahmaputra in the extreme east of Assam state in India. The park is cover on area 340sq km. Dibru Saikhowa National Park is divided in two ranges Dibru and Saikhowa. So, this day we will sightseeing bird place and Feral Horses place by local made boating. There are a number of local and migratory birds in its numerous water bodies. This includes the white Winged Wood Duck, Bengal Florican, Great Indian Hornbill, Indian Pied hornbill, Spotted billed Pelican, Stork, Lesser Adjutant Stork, Pallas Fishing Eagle, Kingfisher, etc. This day we move from hotel an early morning packed breakfast.
Day. 07: Tinsukia-Kaziranga(320km/4hrs drive) Kaziranga National Park- a World Heritage Site is home to other than 75% of the world’s total population of the great Indian One horned Rhinoceros. Kaziranga has a wide variety of fauna in its unique habitat. The habitat is mainly elephant grass, close-bobies. The besides rhinos Kaziranga boasts the Asiatic Water Buffalo numbering over 1200. Asian Elephant-over 1000. Indian tiger – 81 plus. Swamp deer. Hog deer. O/n stay resort / hotel.
Day: 08: Full day visit Park. Morning gaming viewing in the park by jeep, and return to resort for breakfast. After breakfast we will visit tea garden. Afterthoon one more game view in the park by elephant safari. .
Day. 09: Kaziranga - Nemari (155 kms/2 hrs). This morning we will proceed by road to Numeri National Park for a full day bird-watering tour. We will arrange accommodation at Numeri in tented camps for overnight stay.
Situated in an excellent forest on the northern edge of the Brahmaputra River flood plain it is very rich birding area (370 species recorded so far). Perhaps rivaling Manas National Park which has been closed to visitors for about 12 years. The White-bellied Heron and White-winged Duck are both found here but will take some luck to see. Other species that are on the park list that you may encounter are: Jordon’s Baza, Oriental Honey-Buzzard, Pallas, Lesser and Grey-headed Fish-Eagles. Rufus-bellied Eagle, Changeable Hawk-Eagle, Swamp Francolin. White-checked Partridge, Kalij Pheasants, Masked Fin foot (rare), Pale-capped and Pin-tailed Pigeons, common Hawk-Cuckoo Asian Cuckoo. Blue-eared kingfisher Blue-herded Bee-cater. Wreathed and Great Hornbills. Spot-belled Eagle-Owl, Brown and Tawny Fish-Owls, Streak-throated Woodpecker, Long-tailed Broadbill. White-throated Bulbul, Black-backed and spotted Fork tails, Large Scimitar-Barrler. Rufous-necked laughing thrush and Green Magpie. O/n stay Tourist lodge/Hotel.
Day. 10: Nameri-Tenga(68km/3hrs). After breakfast drive to Tenga it is base camp of Eagle Nest(Pakhui Wild Life Sanctuary). Enroute visit 2nd largest Orchid centre at Tipi. We will night stay at Tenga at Hotel.
Day. 11: Full days visit in wild life sanctuary(Eagle nest). After breakfast we will drive to Lama camp 27km/1hrs and ¾ hrs by nature walk at Sanctuary, Bird watching, Eagle nest. The Pakhui Wild life sanctuary, one of the largest sanctuary of Arunachal Pradesh located in the east Kameng district with Division headquarter at Seijosa. Some of the major wildlife species found in the sanctuaries are tiger, elephant, gaur, somber, barking deer, leopard, hornbill, etc. O/n stay same place.
Day. 11: Tenga-Guwahati(330km/7hrs drive). After breakfast drive to Guwahati(Assam). Guwahati is place Gate way of North east state and capital of Assam. O/n stay hotel.
Day. 12: Guwahati- Airport. After breakfast drop to airport. END of SERVICE.
